What BP Didn’t Show President Obama

If you doubted the severity of the Gulf oil spill, this exclusive photo in today’s New York Daily News may change your mind. It’s of a decomposing dolphin. An unnamed contract worker said “oil was just pouring out” of the animal when it was found. The worker took the Daily News on a tour of the Gulf to highlight what he said “BP never showed the President.” The paper describes the whole landscape, include animals and marine life, as stained black from oil and says it was escorted off a public beach at the request of BP.
