The Time to Tweet

There’s an optimal time to do everything, even, says the Wall Street Journal, send a tweet. Media companies are pouring money into research to better understand their social media audiences. A new service called SocialFlow is capitalizing on the trend, charging $2000 to figure out the best time to release a tweet. The service analyzes what topics are being discussed on Twitter in real-time and then releases a companies messages in a way that maximizes the number of clicks.
