The Red Brick Road to Success


A Florida salesman is hoping the road to his success is paved in simple red bricks. Next week, Eric Polins will vie to become the “World’s Greatest Salesperson,” a contest put on by Ad giant OgilvyOne to see who can come up with the most convincing sales pitch for an arguably hum-drum product - a plain old red brick. The St. Petersburg Times says Polins’ strategy is to cast the brick as something everyone needs: a good luck charm.
