Pizza Prank: Who Ordered the Mice?

What’s the most unpopular pizza topping you can think of? Mice droppings, perhaps? The Philadelphia Daily News says an ongoing feud between two pizza shop owners finally came to a head yesterday after one man was arrested for surreptitiously dropping off a package of live mice at the other’s store.

Cops say employees at the second shop were clued when they saw the owner walk into their bathroom carrying a plastic bag. After he quickly exited, sans bag, they investigated and found footprints on the toilet seat, the bag pushed into a ceiling tile and inside, “several little, hairy, white mice.” The owner was arrested while visiting another one of his rival’s shops, bag of mice in hand, and charged with “disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, harassment and animal cruelty.”
