Obama Streaker May Miss Pay Day

I’ll forgive him for not looking over his contract a second time as there really wasn’t a great place to store it. The man who streaked during President Obama’s speech in Philadelphia on Sunday may not get the $1 million payout he was promised says the New York Daily News. Alki David, a British billionaire, promised the cash to anyone who would streak in front of the president with the name of a website—battlecam.com—written on his person and repeat the site’s name six times.

Juan Rodriguez of Staten Island took David up on the offer this weekend. But now David says the deal might be void because it’s unclear whether Rodriguez was in earshot or in the sight line of Obama. The billionaire also says a Pennsylvania law that prohibits people from profiting from a crime may void the deal.
