Man Quits Job, Wins Lottery

Usually you quit your job after winning the lottery, unless, of course, you’re Richard Foster. The Washington state man is elated that he decided to spend the four quarters in his pocket to buy a lottery ticket just a day after he put in his two-week notice at work. The Yakima Daily-Herald says Foster was worried about providing for his family while looking for a better job. Nothing like almost $400,000 to ease the transition.
