Lawsuit: Lohan Wants $100M For E-Trade “Milkaholic” Ad

Written by Pat's Papers | Tuesday, 9 March 2010 11:50 AM

Based on the argument that she has “the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna,” Lindsay Lohan has filed suit against financial company E-Trade because of a commercial, which refers to a “milkaholic” baby named “LIndsay.” The New York Post broke the story this morning and says that Lohan wants $100 million for pain and suffering caused by the supposed parody. Lawyers for the company says the ad had no subtext and they just simply “used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.”
