iPhone Fight Leads to Arrest for NYTimes’ Pogue

New York Times technology writer David Pogue spends a lot of time writing about iPhones. And guess what, an iPhone was involved earlier this week when Pogue and his wife were arrested at their Connecticut home on charges of domestic violence. The Westport News says the trouble started when Pogue’s wife started recording an argument with her smartphone. Depending on whom you believe the iPhone tussle led to either a) Pogue’s wife biting him on the arm or b) Pogue striking his wife in the head.

Unaware that the news had broken, Pogue, who was speaking at a benefit dedicated to domestic violence victims, told reporters that the situation with his wife was “really messy.” When told his arrest had gone public, his response changed to no comment.
