First it was Canada Day, then we celebrated Independence Day. Now, it’s France’s turn. In honor of Bastille Day, the Chicago Tribune put together three menus revolving around French wines. And it doesn’t matter whether you prefer red, white or rose - writer Bill Daley offers four or five wine selections in each category. If the menus Daley came up with don’t suit your tastes, he suggests turning to masters of French cooking like Julia Child, Jacques Pepin or Sheila Lukins for inspiration.
