Talk about using every last drop. The Sun Sentinel has the details on a proposed plan to turn Florida’s sewer water into drinking water. Yes, that means water in the state’s toilet bowls could soon be flowing from taps in the Miami area. Officials say despite the “ick factor,” the water will be potable. The plan is being floated as a way to stem a possible water shortage.
