Column: Tiger’s Talk a “Bogey”


Tiger Woods struck the right tone when he sat down yesterday for a press conference “with no strings attached” says the Augusta Chronicle. The paper says Woods was “cordial and professional” as he fielded the media’s questions about his return to the spotlight. Bill Plaschke of the LA Times disagrees. He calls the news conference a “bogey” and says that while Woods seemed in control, he still didn’t seem believable.
