Yelp Adds ‘Hipster’ Description

To remedy what they must consider a hole in the rating process, Yelp has just added a new descriptor in their ambiance category: hipster. The New York Post says now in addition to ‘Romantic’, ‘Trendy’ or ‘Intimate,’ amateur critics can give skinny-jean approval to their favorite spots.

Roberta’s in Brooklyn is one of the first to receive the hipster designation:
