Yale Student Killed in Freak Accident

A Yale student was killed in a freak accident yesterday, reports the Boston Globe, after her hair got caught in a machine in one of the campus laboratories. The 23-year-old senior, a double major in physics and astronomy, was working with an electric lathe, “used to shape metal or wood by spinning it at very high speeds.” Her body was found by her classmates working nearby.
