Cherry Garcia. Chunky Monkey. Chocolate Fudge Babes? The New York Daily News says Ben and Jerry are suing a porn company for blatant copying their logo on a series of adult videos. Titles include: “Hairy Garcia,” “Boston Cream Thigh,” and “an unprintable title drawn from the flavor Banana Split that features two bare-chested women on the cover.”
