“World’s Digital Bank” Has Tech Glitch

“The world’s digital bank” had a little technology glitch the other day. If you do online banking with Citibank using your IPad, then you know all about this. The New York Times says the bank has just admitted it found a programming error. Some bills were paid twice, a problem that took months to notice.
