White Castle Stuffing

I can’t tell whether this is an ingenious idea or a disgusting one. Either way, I’ve seen several articles about White Castle turkey stuffing this morning. Columbus Dispatch columnist Jeffrey Sheban says he’s been stuffing sliders into his turkeys for years.
It may be a culinary sin but it’s a cheap and easy one. The official White Castle recipe calls for 10 sliders, pickles removed, torn up in to bits. In New York, that’ll cost you about $8. Some other ingredients are thrown in and voila, a burger bird.
