Which Facebook Co-Founder Is Trying to Sell 10M Shares?


Apparently, someone at Facebook wants to unload 10 million of the company’s common stock and he’s been shopping around for a buyer on Wall Street. At $30 a share, the deal could potentially raise $300 million. The New York Post narrowed the mystery seller down to the four founding partners: Mark Zuckerberg, Chris Hughes, Dustin Moskovitz or Eduardo Saverin.  The Post says the private market for Facebook stock is “smoking hot” right now, which virtually everyone on Wall Street clamoring for shares. Insiders say Facebook is heading for an IPO in mid-2012; the company is worth an estimated $50 billion.
