U of Chicago Uses ‘Call Me Maybe’ Lyrics in Admissions Letter

The University of Chicago isn’t one of the nation’s “Top 20 Party Schools,” but the Chicago Tribune says the admissions department is try to hip up their game. Prospective students are receiving letters that use lyrics from Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe.” A sample: “We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve shown an interest in the University of Chicago, I know that we just met you — and this is crazy — but here are our numbers.”
