Is this brilliant or ridiculous? You decide, because I can’t make up my mind. That’s Mayor Bloomberg’s SUV on the front page of the New York Post this morning. And that, propped up in the back-seat window is an air conditioner, rigged up by his staffers. The idea is that a standing air conditioner can be plugged in, which would cause less pollution than the car’s own AC system.
