Toy Millionaire Buys Madoff Penthouse

The buyer of the Manhattan apartment seized in the Bernie Madoff fraud case is the man who made millions from “Cabbage Patch Kids.” The New York Post reports 4Kids Entertainment CEO Al Kahn is in contract to buy the apartment at just under its $8.9 million asking price.
