Tips to Help Your Pets Through Dog Days of Summer

With the temperature as hot as it’s been, you might be worrying about your cat or dog. Don’t, says the Washington Post. Both are homeotherms, which means they keep their body temperature constant despite wearing a fur coat in 100 degree weather. Vets say shaving their coats can actually make it harder for them to regulate their temperature.
