The Best Breakfasts

The worst thing you can eat for breakfast is nothing at all. Coming in second is a coffee-or-tea-only meal. The Star Tribune says to boost your metabolism and help yourself avoid overeating for the rest of the day, try eating a hard-boiled egg and some oatmeal. The paper lists the health benefits for several common breakfasts and says not to worry if you’re a fan of a big Sunday brunch - since brunch typically spans two meals, it’s okay to indulge a little.
