Study: Happy Thoughts Banish Holiday Blues

There’s a cure for the holiday blues, says the San Francisco Chronicle. According to scientists at Berkley, all you have to do to have a happy holiday is think happy thoughts. They suggest a recipe with three parts: “feeling grateful for the good things in your life, taking time with your family and using every opportunity you can to help others.”
