Review: “Iron Lady” OK, Streep Brilliant

Reviews for the movie “Iron Lady” are mixed—but the praise for Meryl Streep’s performance is widespread. I remember a similar situation when “Julie and Julia” was released. The LA Times says Streep brings “searing insight” to Margaret Thatcher as she ages: “She catches every one of the emotional crosscurrents that get to the truth of the matter.”
