Reports Calls Lance Armstrong Ringleader

The ugly Lance Armstrong details are out. A report just released by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency calls Armstrong the ringleader of “the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program [cycling] has ever seen.”  The Austin American-Statesman says much of the report has been on the record for years but that six active cyclists had come forward to finger Armstrong.
