Tiger’s Mistress Visits World Trade Center, Controversy Ensues

Rachel Uchitel gets some guff from the New York Post for visiting the World Trade Center site while filming scenes for her upcoming stint of “Celebrity Rehab.” After her fiance died on September 11, the Post put Uchitel’s face on it’s front cover under the headline, “New York’s Tragic Face.” It was years later that she became better known as one of Tiger Woods’ many mistresses. Critics say she’s using a national tragedy to increase her status. Uchitel was sensitive about the criticism regarding her visit, giving the paper this colorful quote: “Until they go through what I went through, living with a guy and being engaged to him and having that person dead an hour after waking up next to him . . . Nobody can f—k with me about 9/11.”
