Pentagon Workers Caught Downloading Child Porn

The Boston Globe says a slew of Pentagon workers with top-level security clearance have been accused of downloading child pornography onto government computers. The revelation comes after the Globe got its hands on a report from the Pentagon’s Inspector General’s Office, which has been investigating the problem since 2002. Besides being illegal, authorities say downloading porn puts top officials “at risk of blackmail, bribery, and threats.” The reports says some of the accused have already been prosecuted, while other have seen their cases disappear.
