Nike Drops Price of LeBron Sneaker to $270

Written by Pat's Papers | Friday, 14 September 2012 8:12 AM

Nike has decided $300 is a bit too expensive for a pair of LeBron X basketball shoes, reports the Wall Street Journal this morning—$270 is a bit more reasonable. The price was cut by $30 after some people called Nike “insensitive for raising sneaker prices at a time when many consumers were financially stretched during the back-to-school shopping season.”  A less expensive pair without the tracking sensors will be sold for $180.
