Mob Wife Puts Fear in Husband

Hell hath no fury like a mob wife scorned. What does it really take to freak out a mob boss? His wife says the New York Daily News. Wire taps played in Brooklyn court yesterday reveal that Bonanno boss Joseph was so worried about his wife’s reaction to a mistress that he sent her a bottle of champagne along with $50,000 to keep it cold. Said Massino of his wife Josephine: ‘She’s on tranquilizers, and she’s got my daughters going out of their f———minds.” According to the tapes, Massino’s wife was also upset about the Fed’s going after the couple’s property.
