Text messages, emails and social media posts can all lend valuable clues to previously unknown disputes. But what happens when you have no electronic footprint? That’s what investigators are dealing with in the case of 65-year-old Philip Welsh. The Washington Post says Welsh’s rejection of instant communication may enable his killer to get away with the crime.
