Joan Baez Falls From Treehouse

Treehouse life has proven dangerous for Joan Baez. The San Jose Mercury News says the 69-year-old singer fell from her 20-foot-high treehouse on Wednesday suffering some injuries in the fall. According to friends, Baez likes to sleep in the treehouse because she enjoys waking up among the birds. The paper says Baez is resting and that doctors predict she “shall overcome” her injuries shortly.
