The man responsible for the iPhone 4 antenna debacle has left Apple reports the Wall Street Journal this morning. Insiders say the device’s problems weren’t the only reason for Mark Papermaster’s departure, and that there was a “broader cultural incompatibility.” That seems to be code for he had a falling out with Steve Jobs. Papermaster, who came to the company 15 months ago was criticized for not being as creatively minded as Apple executives are expected to be. He also got in trouble for delegating some of the minutia that executives are expected to be responsible for. According to the Journal, Jobs stopped including him in the decision making process months ago.
