Internet Has Revived TV Audience

In the end, it turns out the Internet didn’t kill the TV. Viewership is on the rise and insiders say the Internet is to thank. The New York Times says websites like Facebook and Twitter “enable an online water-cooler conversation” and are a reasons that this year’s big events, the Super Bowl, the Grammys and NBC’s coverage of the Olympics, have received such good ratings.
