Guide to the Perfect Sleeping Position


In the Wall Street Journal this morning, a guide to the perfect sleeping position. The paper details which positions you should assume if you have a bad back (pillow under your knees) or suffer from acid reflux (put a brick under the head of your bed). People with sleep apnea (snorers) should try to stay on their side, and the Journal suggests sewing a tennis ball in the back of your pajamas to keep you in line.
