Game Show Icon Richard Dawson Dies at 79

A game show icon died over the weekend in Los Angeles. Richard Dawson had cancer of the esophagus. An actor best known for his role on “Hogan’s Heroes,” Dawson used that fame to score a job as the host of “Family Feud.” The New York Times says Dawson used his trademark kiss-every-single-female-contestant move as a way to fight discrimination.
