Document in E-Trade Lawsuit Shows Lindsay May Have A Point
Written by Pat's Papers | Thursday, 11 March 2010 8:03 AM

Anyone know what a “skanky cake” is? That’s one of the descriptors that Esquire magazine says a Madison Avenue firm was floating before settling on “milkaholic” for the E-Trade Super Bowl ad that Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million suit over. According to the New York Post, the spot was originally supposed to feature a baby named Deborah but was changed to Lindsay. And on the memo noting the name change, Lindsay’s name appears next to a slew of slurs, many of which are new to me: “gutter hound,” “fish face,” “rug burn,” “slee-otch,” “cockadoodle” and “leaking diaper.”

Esquire prints the memo in an online article. In it You can see the name Deborah scratched out and replaced with Lindsay. YOu can also make out a list of descriptors to describe “Lindsay.”
