Draconid Meteor Shower to Light Up Evening Sky
Monday, 07 October 2013 | by Pat's Picks
Want to see a meteor shower without setting your alarm for the middle of the night? Well, tonight’s your night. The Draconid Meteor shower takes place tonight. And USA Today says that while it’s not the showiest shower, its early evening time frame makes it more accessible to the casual observer. The shower will sweep across the skies just after sunset tonight. Pro tip: If you can see all the stars of the Little Dipper, your eyes have adjusted enough to the dark to catch the show.
