City Sticker Creates Controversy in Chicago

The city of Chicago is dealing with a PR nightmare right now. It commissioned drawings for the 2012-13 city sticker, which all cars are required to have. A 15-year-old boy won. He was excited, city officials were excited—he got a $1000 savings bond. But then complaints started rolling in—that the design contained gang symbols.
