Can’t sell your luxury home? Conventional logic says lower the price. But the Wall Street Journal says some home buyers have done the opposite to attract attention. It works in a keeping-up-with-the-Joneses way: when wealthy buyers see record-breaking sales, they are inspired to emulate.
