Bad Reviews For Yelp’s Ad Pitch

Yelp gets a bad review in this morning’s Seattle Times. There are allegations that the site uses bad reviews to coerce business owners into buying advertising. And some say that when one declines to buy an ad package, legitimate positive reviews disappear from their listings.
