The former president was in Uganda last month and during his visit he met 14-year-old Bill Clinton Kaligani, who got his famous name after Clinton held him as a baby during a 1998 trip to the country. The New York Post says Kaligani was supposed to be taking a history test but “under orders from the capital” he was taken by police escort to meet his namesake.
