West Wing Reunion

This made me realize how much I enjoyed watching “The West Wing.” The cast got back together to shoot a video urging people to learn about non-partisan races that will be on the ballot in November.

The ad was created for the campaign of Michigan Supreme Court candidate Bridget Mary McCormack, the sister of West Wing-alum Mary McCormack. The actors donated their time, but the campaign says it had to spend about $5000 on production. Well worth it to see the team at the Bartlet White House together again.

More on the making of the video in the Detroit Free Press. The McCormack campaign also produced a generic version of the video by removing the candidate pitch in the middle.
