30 Rock Comes To NY1 Newsroom

Alec Baldwin is just across the room as I write this. He’s talking to Elizabeth Banks. Apparently, an upcoming episode of 30 Rock features the CNBC newsroom. Except it’s not a practical place to shoot. So NY1 is doubling as CNBC.

I can’t give away script specifics. But so far one of the funniest things to happen in the newsroom was this:

The set crew decided that the TVs we use every day in the newsroom aren’t up to the job. So they were busy replacing them before the cameras rolled.
